A sleeper for this year's notable new products, Magic Head Flies, developed by2vlarc Petitjean of Petitjean Fishing Equipment in Fribourg, Switzerland, captured the fancy of our "incognito guest reviewer," Captain Conway Bowman of San Diego mako shark fishing fame. An innovative mini attachment fixed near the eye of many standard fly patterns (tarpon bunnies, sardines, sand eels, etc.) actually makes the dies "swim" in a more lifelike fashion as you retrieve them.
